3. Data We Collect
3.1 Data you provide voluntarily
This website does not include a contact form. If you choose to contact us by clicking one of the email addresses on this site, your email client handles the transmission of your message. We collect only what you include in your email (your name, email address, and the content of your message), solely to respond to your enquiry. This data is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis : legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry).
Retention period : 2 years after the last contact.
3.2 Navigation data (analytics)
This website does not currently use any audience analytics or tracking tools. No data about your browsing behaviour is collected or processed.
3.3 Embedded third-party content (YouTube)
Some pages of this website embed YouTube videos. All videos are loaded via youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
In privacy-enhanced mode :
- YouTube does not set cookies on your device when the page loads.
- Cookies are only set if you click to play a video.
- If you play a video, YouTube may collect data in accordance with its own privacy policy (including your IP address, device information, and viewing activity), which may be used for personalisation and analytics on YouTube’s platforms.
YouTube is operated by Google LLC (United States). When you interact with an embedded video, data may be transferred to Google LLC servers in the United States. This transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023), under which Google LLC is certified.

3.5 Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters applications (EACEA)
The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in the context of managing the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters, collects and processes the personal data of some of the candidates. In particular, certain data of the scholarship holders and non-scholarship holders is shared with the Agency and treated according to its own privacy statement and privacy policy.
